I originally made this meditation for a musician friend who wanted to feel the flow of the music on deeper levels. Turns out it's also good for STRESS and training yourself to listen on calmer levels. NOTE: It won't take you as deep as the Basic Activation of Divine Light Vibrations guided meditation. But if you have an active mind that rushes along too fast for your own good, give it a try. It reminds you of all the basic Principles of Divine Light Vibrations.
